Dry brush before you take a shower or bath. Add 1-2 drops of Pink Pepper, Citrus Bloom or Slim & Sassy to your dry brush to enhance the benefits of dry brushing and stimulate lymphatic flow.

Pink Pepper is an energizing oil, I’d recommend using this oil on your dry brush if you shower in the morning. Try using Citrus Bloom or Slim & Sassy if you shower at night.

How to:

My favorite dry brush is the one with the longer handle so I can more easily reach my back! The smaller one is more convenient for travel!
