Try out these 10mL roller bottle blends:

Bug Off (15mL spray bottle): 2 drops Cedarwood, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Lemongrass, 2 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Thyme; fill with distilled water, spray on skin as needed

Take a relaxing epsom salt bath. Combine 1/2 – 1 cup epsom salt, 1tsp baking soda, 2 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Cedarwood, 2 drops Frankincense. Add to warm bathtub or foot bath and soak for 15-30 minutes, remember to drink water!
